Terms and Conditions

1.Your relationship with Unlock Monster

1.0 Unlock Monster does not provide any software, software support, software addons, any type of consumer technical support, or anything similar. Unlock Monster solely provides the digital product of an unlock code to allow a customer to use a payment plan with a different network provider of their choice.

1.1 Your use of Unlock Monster unlock codes, (referred to collectively as the “Unlocks” in this document) is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and Unlock Monster​. Unlock Monster​’ main place of business address is at Unlock Monster, Suite 40365, 19876, Portland, Oregan, 97240. This document explains how the agreement is made up, and sets out some of the terms of that agreement.

1.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Unlock Monster, your agreement with Unlock Monster​ will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set out in this document. These are referred to below as the “Universal Terms”.

1.3 Your agreement with Unlock Monster​ will also include the terms of any Legal Notices applicable to the Services, in addition to the Universal Terms. All of these are referred to below as the “Additional Terms”. Where Additional Terms apply to a Service, these will be accessible for you to read either within, or through your use of that Service.

1.4 The Universal Terms, together with the Additional Terms, form a legally binding agreement between you and Unlock Monster​ in relation to your use of the Services. It is important that you take the time to read them carefully. Collectively, this legal agreement is referred to below as the “Terms”.

1.5 If there is any contradiction between what the Additional Terms say and what the Universal Terms say, then the Additional Terms shall take precedence in relation to that Service.

 

2. Accepting the Terms

2.1 In order to use the Services, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms.

2.2 You can accept the Terms by: (a) clicking to accept or agree to the Terms and Conditions, where this option is made available to you by Unlock Monster​ in the user interface for any purchase; or (b) by actually using the Services. In this case, you understand and agree that Unlock Monster​ will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions from that point onwards.

2.3 You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Unlock Monster​, or (b) you are a person barred from receiving the Services under the laws of The United Kingdom or other countries including the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Services.

2.4 Before you continue, you should print off or save a local copy of the Universal Terms for your records.

 

3. Language of the Terms

3.1 Where Unlock Monster​ has provided you with a translation of the English language version of the Terms, then you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English language versions of the Terms will govern your relationship with Unlock Monster​.

3.2 If there is any contradiction between what the English language version of the Terms says and what a translation says, then the English language version shall take precedence.

 

4. Provision of the Services by Unlock Monster

4.1 Unlock Monster​ has subsidiaries and affiliated legal entities around the world (“Subsidiaries and Affiliates”). Sometimes, these companies will be providing the unlock codes to you on behalf of Unlock Monster itself. You acknowledge and agree that Subsidiaries and Affiliates will be entitled to provide the unlock codes to you.

4.2 Unlock Monster​ is constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for its users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the unlock codes which Unlock Monster​ provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you.

4.3 As part of this continuing innovation, you acknowledge and agree that Unlock Monster​ may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the unlock codes (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally a Unlock Monster’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using Unlock Monster unlock codes at any time. You do not need to specifically inform Unlock Monster when you stop using the unlock codes.

4.4 You acknowledge and agree that if Unlock Monster​ disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the use of unlock codes, your account details or any files or other content which is contained in your account.

 

5. Use of the Services by you

5.1 You agree to use the unlock codes only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

5.2 You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the unlock codes by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Unlock Monster​, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with Unlock Monster​.

5.3 Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with Unlock Monster​, you agree that you will not reproduce, resell, duplicate, copy, the unlock codes for any purpose.

5.4 You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that Unlock Monster​ has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Unlock Monster​ may suffer) of any such breach.

 

6. Your passwords and account security.

6.1 You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access an account.

6.2 Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to Unlock Monster​ for all activities that occur under your account.

6.3 If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify Unlock Monster ​immediately at admin@unlockmonster.com

 

7. Privacy policy and your personal information

7.1 For information about Unlock Monsters’ data protection practices, please read Unlock Monster​’ privacy policy at https://unlockmonster.com/privacy-policy/. This policy explains how Unlock Monster​ treats your personal information, and protects your privacy, when you use the https://unlockmonster.com website or unlock codes.

7.2 You agree to the use of your data in accordance with Unlock Monster​’ privacy policies.

 

8. Proprietary rights

8.1 You acknowledge and agree that Unlock Monster (or Unlock Monster’ licensors) own all legal right, title and interest in and to the Unlock Monster website content and unlock codes provided, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in the unlock codes (whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights may exist).

8.2 Unless you have agreed otherwise in writing with Unlock Monster, nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use any of Unlock Monster’ trade names, trade marks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.

8.3 If you have been given an explicit right to use any of these brand features in a separate written agreement with Unlock Monster, then you agree that your use of such features shall be in compliance with that agreement, any applicable provisions of the Terms, and Unlock Monster’ brand feature use guidelines as updated from time to time.

8.4 You agree that you shall not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices (including copyright and trade mark notices) which may be affixed to or contained within the website or correspondance of any sort with Unlock Monster.

8.5 Unless you have been expressly authorized to do so in writing by Unlock Monster, you agree that in you will not use any trade mark, service mark, trade name, logo of any company or organization in a way that is likely or intended to cause confusion about the owner or authorized user of such marks, names or logos.

 

9. Content license from you

9.1 You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying the content you give Unlock Monster a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content which you submit, post or display on or through https://unlockmonster.com. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling Unlock Monster to display, distribute and promote their products and may be revoked for certain products as defined in the Additional Terms of those Services.

9.2 You agree that this license includes a right for Unlock Monster to make such Content available to other companies, organizations or individuals with whom Unlock Monster has relationships for the provision of syndicated services, and to use such Content in connection with the provision of those products and unlock codes.

9.3 You understand that Unlock Monster, in performing the required technical steps to provide the Services to our users, may (a) transmit or distribute your Content over various public networks and in various media; and (b) make such changes to your Content as are necessary to conform and adapt that Content to the technical requirements of connecting networks, devices, services or media. You agree that this license shall permit Unlock Monster to take these actions.

9.4 You confirm and warrant to Unlock Monster that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the above license.

 

10. Ending your relationship with Unlock Monster

10.1 The Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or Unlock Monster as set out below.

10.2 If you want to terminate your legal agreement with Unlock Monster, you may do so by (a) notifying Unlock Monster at any time and (b) closing your accounts, where Unlock Monster has made this option available to you. Your notice should be sent, in writing, to Unlock Monster’ email address which is set out at the beginning of these Terms.

10.3 Unlock Monster may at any time, terminate its legal agreement with you if: (A) you have breached any provision of the Terms (or have acted in manner which clearly shows that you do not intend to, or are unable to comply with the provisions of the Terms); or (B) Unlock Monster is required to do so by law (for example, where the provision of the products or unlock codes to you is, or becomes, unlawful); or (C) the partner with whom Unlock Monster offered the products or unlock codes to you has terminated its relationship with Unlock Monster or ceased to offer the products or unlock codes to you; or (D) Unlock Monster is transitioning to no longer providing the unlock codes to users in the country in which you are resident or from which you use the products or unlock codes; or (E) the provision of the unlock codes to you by Unlock Monster is, in Unlock Monster’ opinion, no longer commercially viable.

10.4 Nothing in this Section shall affect Unlock Monster’ rights regarding provision of products and unlock codes under Section 4 of the Terms.

10.5 When these Terms come to an end, all of the legal rights, obligations and liabilities that you and Unlock Monster have benefited from, been subject to (or which have accrued over time whilst the Terms have been in force) or which are expressed to continue indefinitely, shall be unaffected by this cessation, and the provisions of paragraph 20.7 shall continue to apply to such rights, obligations and liabilities indefinitely.

 

11. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES

11.1 NOTHING IN THESE TERMS, INCLUDING SECTIONS 14 AND 15, SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT Unlock Monster’ WARRANTY OR LIABILITY FOR LOSSES WHICH MAY NOT BE LAWFULLY EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR BREACH OF IMPLIED TERMS, OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, ONLY THE LIMITATIONS WHICH ARE LAWFUL IN YOUR JURISDICTION WILL APPLY TO YOU AND OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11.2 YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS AND UNLOCK CODES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE PRODUCTS AND UNLOCK CODES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

11.3 IN PARTICULAR, Unlock Monster, ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, AND ITS LICENSORS DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT TO YOU THAT: (A) YOUR USE OF THE UNLOCK CODES  WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (B) YOUR USE OF THE UNLOCK CODES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR FREE FROM ERROR, (C) ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED BY YOU AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS OR PURCHASE OF UNLOCK CODE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, AND (D) THAT DEFECTS IN THE OPERATION OR FUNCTIONALITY OF ANY UNLOCK CODE PROVIDED TO YOU AS PART OF THE PRODUCTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

11.4 NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM Unlock Monster OR THROUGH OR FROM THE PRODUCTS OR UNLOCK CODES, SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS.

11.5 Unlock Monster FURTHER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANT ABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1 SUBJECT TO OVERALL PROVISION IN PARAGRAPH 14.1 ABOVE, YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT Unlock Monster, ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, AND ITS LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR: (A) ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHICH MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY.. THIS SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO, ANY LOSS OF PROFIT (WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY), ANY LOSS OF GOODWILL OR BUSINESS REPUTATION, ANY LOSS OF DATA SUFFERED, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS; (B) ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OR DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF: (I) ANY RELIANCE PLACED BY YOU ON THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY OR EXISTENCE OF ANY ADVERTISING, OR AS A RESULT OF ANY RELATIONSHIP OR TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND ANY ADVERTISER OR SPONSOR WHOSE ADVERTISING APPEARS ON THE Unlock Monster WEBSITE; (II) ANY CHANGES WHICH Unlock Monster MAY MAKE TO THE PRODUCT OR UNLOCK CODES, OR FOR ANY PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY CESSATION IN THE PROVISION OF THE UNLOCK CODES; (III) THE DELETION OF, CORRUPTION OF, OR FAILURE TO STORE, ANY CONTENT AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS DATA MAINTAINED OR TRANSMITTED BY OR THROUGH YOUR USE OF Unlock Monster PRODUCTS OR UNLOCK CODES; (III) YOUR FAILURE TO PROVIDE Unlock Monster WITH ACCURATE ACCOUNT INFORMATION; (IV) YOUR FAILURE TO KEEP YOUR PASSWORD OR ACCOUNT DETAILS SECURE AND CONFIDENTIAL;

12.2 THE LIMITATIONS ON Unlock Monster’ LIABILITY TO YOU IN PARAGRAPH 15.1 ABOVE SHALL APPLY WHETHER OR NOT Unlock Monster HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH LOSSES ARISING.

 

13. Copyright and trade mark policies

13.1 It is Unlock Monster’ policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable international intellectual property law, and to terminating the accounts of repeat infringers.

 

14. SPECIAL TERMS, CONDITIONS, REFUNDS AND WARRANTIES.

14.1 Unlock Monster does not permit the cancellation of an unlock order once it has been purchased, a lot of our unlocks code orders are processed with many of our suppliers automatically, as soon as an unlock code has been purchased on www.unlockmonster.com. No refund can be given if the customer wishes to cancel an unlock order once it has been purchased. This includes if there is a delay in the order processing, all estimates in time can only be estimates as time frames often depend on how busy the network / carrier servers are on that particular day. If a customer needs an unlock urgently and can not wait extra days if an unlock is delayed, then this particular customer should not purchase an unlock from Unlock Monster.

14.2 If you think you received the wrong unlock code, you have 7 days following the delivery of your order to request, free or charge, Unlock Monster to verify the code. You can launch this procedure by emailing admin@unlockmonster.com.

14.3. If you receive and unlock code or unlock activation email and your unlock does not work or you are unable to put the code into the device because you have a device that is reported stolen, lost, subject to an insurance claim, icloud locked, password / passcode locked, PUK code issue,  blocked, barred or in anyway broken or defective, you will not qualify for any refund or money back guarantee. It is your responsibility to make sure a network / carrier unlock is appropriate in these cases.

14.4 If an unlock does not work because you have provided us with the wrong information during the ordering and checkout process, you will not qualify for any refund or money back guarantee. Incorrect information includes the devices IMEI number, country, network / carrier currently locked to, manufacturer and model of device.

14.5 With regards to the customer purchasing the wrong unlock and needing a more expensive unlock. If they have purchased with giving us the wrong IMEI, country, network, manufacturer or model, they will not qualify for any future money off or refund. However, if a customer selects that their device is “clean and out of contract” and we find that it is not and needs a more expensive premium unlock of the same type. We will offer the customer the unlock they need with a money off coupon of how much they originally paid, to help toward the the more expensive unlock they need. The customer will have 7 days to use the coupon before it expires. An example of this would be an Apple unlock for AT&T in the USA may be around $30 for a clean and out of contract device, however if we find the device is still in contract / unpaid bills or both, the customer will need a more expensive premium unlock that may be around $100 or more. It is the customers responsibility to give us the correct information and select the correct unlock, we will not be held liable for mistakes a customer has made, or when they have provided misleading information about their device. Cases like this do not qualify for any refund or money back guarantee. If you are unsure about the information you are giving us about your device, please email us, we will perform a free check for you and we will assume responsibility for the information we provide you about your device. In cases where we have provided the information needed to select the correct unlock, if it doesn’t work, the customer does qualify for the regular refund and money back procedure.

14.5 Some Android devices such as Samsungs released after 2015, locked to Metro PCS, often do not ask for an unlock code when a non-accepted sim is inserted. Instead, they use a “Device Unlock App”, in this case the unlock code we provide will not work as there is nowhere to put it in. We do not provide this service as involves software and we exclusively sell unlock codes, and we do not provide software or any technical support of any kind. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the device is asking for an unlock code before purchase. All we do is provide unlock codes for devices, if an unlock code does not work because there is nowhere on a customers device to put an unlock code in, we will not be held liable and in these cases the customer will not qualify for any refund or money back guarantee. We also state these cases are excluded from the guarantee before the customer purchases so there is no confusion. 

14.6 If you are not able to use the unlock code provided and want to claim a refund. We will first ask for more details, as often this can be easily fixed. We will do this by emailing a list of questions to help us trouble shoot and solve the problem for you. If it can not be solved you will qualify for the money back guarantee, however we simply require video evidence it hasn’t worked. This is because every unlock code we provide costs us time and money to do so, and in some cases a customer may use a working unlock code and then claim it didn’t work, in order to seek a refund anyway. Unlock Monster will issue a full refund of your order when you get a chance to provide a video proof; this video proof must be compliant with these rules:

All phone apart from iPhones (see below for iPhones / iPads)

    • First type *#06# (or any other way of displaying the IMEI on the device’s LCD) on the device then wait 5-10 seconds until we can clearly see and read the IMEI of the device displayed.
    • If present, the operator (on which the device is currently locked) logo should be clearly visible.
    • Insert, in the same device, a SIM card which is not currently accepted by the device.
    • Wait 5 seconds until we can clearly see and read the message displayed by the device.
    • Enter the code received by the server, SLOWLY, and the keys being pressed (or touched) must be clearly seen in the video as the code is entered into the device.
    • If you get an error message, wait 5 seconds so we can clearly see this message
  • By the way, make sure the video is clear and correctly focused and the codes, messages, IMEI are all visible on the device’s display.

Then please upload the video using free download website like Wetransfer.com, or free streaming website like Youtube.com and forward to us by email.

 iPhones / iPads

    • First type *#06# (or any other way of displaying the IMEI on the device’s LCD) on the device then wait 5-10 seconds until we can clearly see and read the IMEI of the device displayed.
    • If present, the operator (on which the device is currently locked) logo should be clearly visible.
    • Go the settings on the phone to show clearly the current installation of IOS, so we can make sure it is up to date.
    • Insert, in the same device, a SIM card which is not currently accepted by the device.
    • Wait 5 seconds until we can clearly see and read the message displayed by the device.

    • If you get an error message, wait 5 seconds so we can clearly see this message
  • By the way, make sure the video is clear and correctly focused and the codes, messages, IMEI are all visible on the device’s display.

Then please upload the video using free download website like wetransfer.com, or free streaming website like youtube.com and forward us the link by email. We can not open on our computers, files sent to us by the general public, for virus and security reasons. 

14.7 If your complaint is about an Apple Unlock, and you are unable to send a video.  We will only accept a complete Apple GSX Check report performed on our Server (we do not accept GSX Check report performed on any other website). If the result shows that device is still locked, to the exact same original network you place the order for we will then refund the your money and forward the complaint to our supplier to investigate about the issue. If the GSX Check show the device is not from the correct Network, or the device is Unlocked then no refund claim or complaint will be accepted. You will have 7 days to claim a refund from when our email is sent, informing you that your device is unlocked. We take no responsibility for emails not being received on time if the customer provides the wrong email address originally.

14.8 When you select the unlock you need, special instructions may be displayed on the web page for your particular unlock, which may pertain to your network, country, device manufacturer or device model. It is your responsibility to follow these particular instructions. Unlock Monster will refuse any refund request if these instructions have not been followed and you receive a wrong unlock code.

14.9 It is your responsibility to check if you are able to enter the code in the device before ordering an unlock code for this model; you can access at any time our CODE ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS database from http://www.unlockbase.com/how-to-unlock-device/. By ordering an unlock code, you guarantee Unlock Monster that you know the correct procedure to enter this code; if you have any doubt, please ask first to admin@unlockmonster.com before requesting a code as we can’t guarantee to always be able to get the code entry instructions.

14.10 Any refund claim, whether or not Video Proof is provided, must be made less than 7 days after the delivery date of the order being delivered to the customer by email. We will not investigate or refund any claims made after this period.

14.11 If you have a Samsung device which shows “Device Freeze” due to too many wrong codes entered, you will have to notify us by email at admin@unlockmonster.com before purchasing. This is a different type of unlock needed, not just a network unlock. Failure to inform Unlock Monster before purchasing may mean you do not receive all codes needed to fully unlock the device, Unlock Monster will take no liability in this case and may or may not be able to refund your order, depending on our suppliers conditions for that particular unlock.

14.12 You agree that all prices can change at any time without prior notice. Unlock Monster’ liability won’t be engaged as a price changes and you commit yourself not to ask a refund for this reason.

14.13 You agree that any unlock tool offered on our website can be removed at any time without prior notice. Unlock Monster’ liability won’t be engaged when a tool gets removed from our website and you commit yourself not to ask a refund for this reason.

14.14 Once you’ve received a refund from us for a specific IMEI, we urge you to not reorder unlock for this IMEI except if you discussed with our Customer Service and they recommended you a specific alternate purchasable  unlock code. If no clear recommendation from Unlock Monster Staff by email (not LiveChat) then any future order made on our server for this specific IMEI will not be eligible for a refund claim, even if you use another service for this IMEI, even if you get the same code as your previous order, even if you get a different code, even if you provide a video proof. Once we refund an IMEI we recommend not wasting your time submitting again since it’s very unlikely the outcome will be different. In this situation you order at your own risk.

 

14.17 IF WHEN ORDERING YOUR UNLOCK, YOU PROVIDE INCORRECT INFORMATION SUCH AS THE IMEI NUMBER, DEVICE MANUFACTURER, DEVICE MODEL, COUNTRY OR NETWORK / CARRIER THE DEVICE IS CURRENTLY LOCKED TO, Unlock Monster WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR A CODE OR UNLOCK NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. A REFUND MAY OR MAY NOT BE GIVEN DEPENDING ON IF A REFUND FOR SUCH AN UNLOCK IS AVAILABLE FROM OUR SUPPLIER FOR THAT PARTICULAR UNLOCK AND FOR THIS PARTICULAR REASON. THIS INCLUDES EVEN IF VIDEO PROOF IS PROVIDED, YOU TAKE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE INFORMATION GIVEN BY YOU TO Unlock Monster DURING PURCHASING OF ANY UNLOCK CODE ON THIS WEBSITE OR ANY OTHER TIME. YOU MAY REQUEST A REFUND, BUT YOU MAY OR MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. IF YOU PROVIDE INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION TO Unlock Monster AT ANY POINT, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

15.1 The Unlock Monster website and correspondence may include hyperlinks to other web sites or content or resources. Unlock Monster may have no control over any web sites or resources which are provided by companies or persons other than Unlock Monster.

15.2 You acknowledge and agree that Unlock Monster is not responsible for the availability of any such external sites or resources, and does not endorse any advertising, products or other materials on or available from such web sites or resources.

15.3 You acknowledge and agree that Unlock Monster is not liable for any loss or damage which may be incurred by you as a result of the availability of those external sites or resources, or as a result of any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, products or other materials on, or available from, such web sites or resources.

 

16. Changes to the Terms

16.1 Unlock Monster may make changes to the Universal Terms or Additional Terms from time to time. When these changes are made, Unlock Monster will make a new copy of the Universal Terms available at https://unlockmonster.com/terms-and-conditions/ and any new Additional Terms will be made available to you from within, or through, the affected Services.

16.2 You understand and agree that if you use the Services after the date on which the Universal Terms or Additional Terms have changed, Unlock Monster will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Universal Terms or Additional Terms.

 

17. General legal terms

17.1 The Terms constitute the whole legal agreement between you and Unlock Monster and govern your use of the products and unlock codes, and completely replace any prior agreements between you and Unlock Monster in relation to the products of unlock codes.

17.3 You agree that Unlock Monster may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms, by email, regular mail, or postings on the products or unlock codes.

17.4 You agree that if Unlock Monster does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in the Terms (or which Unlock Monster has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of Unlock Monster’ rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to Unlock Monster.

17.5 If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms without affecting the rest of the Terms. The remaining provisions of the Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.

17.6 Due to the recent legislation passed by the Library of Congress for the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we are forbidden to unlock devices that were manufactured on January 26th, 2013 and later. We will not be held liable for unknowingly unlocking a device that was made from this date onwards. 17.7 The Terms, and your relationship with Unlock Monster under the Terms, shall be governed by the laws of The United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You and Unlock Monster agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in this state to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Unlock Monster shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
